1. Service Agreement

By booking a service through Bhanu Services, you agree to our terms. Services are provided by verified partner professionals within 8km of service center (502032).

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are inclusive of service charges unless specified otherwise.
• A platform fee of ₹50 is applicable on every booking.
• Instant bookings incur an additional ₹49 Instant booking fee.
• Cancellation within 2 hours of service may attract a penalty.
• Payments can be made via Cash on Service or online through Razorpay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations within 2 hours: ₹50 platform fee is non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged full service amount.
• Refunds for online payments processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Partner Assignment

We assign the nearest available verified partner. Partner details including name, photo, and contact will be shared once assigned. Live tracking is available from partner assignment until arrival.

5. Service Warranty

All services come with a 7-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 7 days, we provide free re-service.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and contact information.
• Ensure safe access for the service partner.
• Verify OTP before allowing service to begin.
• Rate the service to help us improve.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect location, contact, and booking data solely for service delivery. We do not share personal data with third parties except service partners assigned to your booking.
