1. Platform Role

This platform only connects customers and service partners for job opportunities. Bhanu Services does not directly provide services.

2. Responsibility

During any job, if any accident, injury, emergency, or loss occurs, it is completely the responsibility of the partner. Bhanu Services platform is not responsible.

3. Damage Policy

If any item, property, or equipment is damaged by the partner, the responsibility lies fully with the partner.

4. Job Cancellation Policy

Weekly Allowance: First 2 cancellations per week are FREE (no penalty).
3rd cancellation onwards: Rs.200 penalty for each cancellation.
The week resets every Monday. Penalties are deducted automatically from your wallet when you cancel after accepting a job.

5. Agreement

By using this app, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.

6. Commission Policy

A standard commission of 10% is deducted from the total service amount for each completed job. This commission is the platform service fee for providing customers, job management, and support.

7. Platform Charges

Platform fees and advance booking charges are collected separately from customers and are not deducted from partner earnings.

8. Partner Earnings

Partner earnings are calculated as:
Service Amount – Commission + Tip

9. Transparency

All earnings, commissions, and deductions are clearly displayed in the partner dashboard for full transparency.
